After entering the shop, an older woman simply sent us away without listening to what we wanted. We wanted to have two suits custom-tailored… Quote: Go… go. Customer service was nonexistent. We didn't experience any Vietnamese friendliness. Sau khi bước vào cửa hàng, một người phụ nữ lớn tuổi đã đuổi chúng tôi đi mà không hề lắng nghe yêu cầu của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi muốn đặt may hai bộ vest… Bà ấy nói: "Đi đi… đi đi." Dịch vụ khách hàng gần như không tồn tại. Chúng tôi không hề cảm nhận được sự thân thiện nào của người Việt Nam.

I purchased a bespoke suit and sport jacket. The results were beautiful and I highly recommend this business for tailoring skills and clothing knowledge.

Großartige Arbeit. Der gesamte Prozess war schnell (~1 Woche (schneller wäre wohl auch möglich gewesen!!!)) und professionell. Der Preis ist gut und die Qualität ist großartig. Excellent workmanship with a decent array of fabrics and with competitive prices for a bespoke suit (although I opted for a looser fit). Reference photos helped, and translations would enough to get ideas across. He was also nice enough to throw in a free silk tie. I would come again if I didn’t live across the globe.
